The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the room was spacious and had a balcony, and we appreciated amenities like an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing desk in the room.

Thank you for the very lovely stay for one night. The personnel is fantastic friendly. The rooms are new-fashioned and newly renovated with a balcony, good views plus bathroom. The location is magnificent, as the hotel is based on way to ferry port. No reason to complain, totally recommend it.

loved the pool. decent base for a city trip in santo tomé del puerto! panaderia juan sanz, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

The rooms here are cozy and welcoming, plus they're totally cool if you bring your furry friend along 🐾. the air conditioning works like a charm, and you can even request a wake-up call. Overall, the services offered are top-notch!

Convenient location for my trip back to Santander from Southern Spain

The location is absolutely perfect and convenient for travelers passing through Santander or Bilbao, as it is around 3 hours south of the port. the room is well-appointed and features a balcony. - the staff is very friendly and efficient.

it was farther from Segovia than we thought, so the car ride got a little long back and forth.

The menu was a bit restrictive and the meal was poor and very expensive for what we had.If we stay there again would not eat in restuaran.
